| Toreros Roll to 8-1 Win Over G.o.D. | It was a good time at Field de Los Layendas, where fans came to watch the Tonga G.o.D. and Cabo San Lucas Toreros get after it.
Cabo San Lucas Toreros starter Ryan Goldberg kept the Tonga G.o.D. hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 8-1 win. The Toreros bumped their record to 71-57 with this latest triumph.
Robert Cabral, who is the 7th-best prospect in the Toreros organization, helped out the Cabo San Lucas cause in the bottom of the first inning with a 2-run double. For the game, the right fielder went 1 for 2 with a double, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"Winning is all that really matters and we got it done today," Goldberg told the Cabo San Lucas Daily.
