Portland right-hander Felipe De La Hoya pitched his team to victory over the So Cal Republic at House of the Republic. The final score was 8-1. De La Hoya picked up the win for Portland, going 7.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 1-1.
