| Titanic Beat Islanders in 10 | The Belfast Titanic downed the Hawaii Islanders, 5-4, in 10 innings. Dermott Glennon led the way, going 2-for-4 for Belfast. Chris Van Arsdale got credit for the win, improving to 5-0. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.2 innings. At 46-73, the Titanic are currently last in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division.
Glennon had a game-changing home run in the top of the tenth. On a 2-1 knuckleball from Amaui Mahi'ai, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Titanic a 5-4 lead. It was the 11th home run of the year for Glennon.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Glennon told the Belfast Times.
