| Texans Rally to Eke Out Win | Dallas beat So Cal on the strength of starter Charlie Haydon's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a 4-3 win. Dallas now sits in 4th place in the Roberto Clemente League Mike Brouillette Division at 52-65.
Dallas won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With two outs and Tony Bacon on the mound for So Cal, pinch hitter Pablo Moreno hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Texans fans to their feet.
In postgame comments to the Dallas Herald, Moreno said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
