| Marauders Bang Out 6-4 Win Versus South Carolina | Fans who gathered at Bomber Ballpark saw a good contest between the Maple Marauders and South Carolina Bombers.
The Maple Marauders downed the South Carolina Bombers, 6-4, at Bomber Ballpark. Dennis George led the way, going 3-for-5 for Maple. Minoru Aoki converted his 21st save in 28 tries.
George had a key at-bat for Maple early in the game. With a runner on 1st, he hit a run-scoring triple. It was his 8th triple of the season and gave Maple an early 1-0 lead.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," George said after the game.
The Marauders bumped their record to 58-54 with this latest triumph.
