| Republic Top Aces in Extras | The So Cal Republic relied on the hitting of third baseman Jong-min Kim Jr. to stop the Las Vegas Aces, 7-6. For the game, Kim Jr. hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. So Cal reliever Tony Bacon picked up the win, upping his record to 6-3. Chata Jamaot took the loss. The Republic bumped their record to 68-42 with this latest triumph.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when So Cal designated hitter Alex Balcarcel, facing Jesus Salazar, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Republic the 7-6 win.
"This is a resilient bunch," said So Cal manager Adrián Carne.
