| Hornets Throttle Blazers, 6-1 | Getting an impressive start from Henry Baker, Eureka beat Bloomington by the score of 6-1. The Hornets now have a record of 52-55.
Steve Delisle went 1-4 with a triple for Eureka. The former first round draft pick had a key at-bat in the top of the third. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Ducky Goosie. It was his 11th RBI of the season.
"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Baker said.
