Toreros Continue Hot Start to Season With Win

Cabo San Lucas starter Ryan Goldberg pitched effectively against the Maple Marauders at Legends Park. The right-hander led his team to a 5-2 win. Goldberg, now 2-1, was the winner. In 8 innings, he gave up 9 hits, while striking out 6, walking 0, and allowing 2 earned runs. The Toreros, now 7-3, have been playing some good baseball.

Dong-woo Lee aided the Cabo San Lucas cause with a 2-run single in the top of the sixth. For the game, the shortstop was 1-4. He drove in 2 runs.
