The Normal Nutcrackers thumped the Erie Seawolves, 14-0, at Erie Park. Jack Lindberg was a big reason his team got the win. Lindberg hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Javier Palos, the winner, improved to 5-0. He held Erie to no earned runs on 1 hit over 7 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. Normal leads the TMLR Fred McGriff Division by 7½ games.
