| Nutcrackers Bridle Totems, 4-2 | The Normal Nutcrackers faced a tough opponent in Victoria pitcher Octavio Galindo, but did just enough to pull out the victory at The Nutcracker Suite by a final score of 4-2. Galindo went 7 innings and allowed 3 earned runs. Bill Cortez closed it out for his 8th save. The Nutcrackers bumped their record to 32-11 with this latest triumph.
Antonio Flores aided the Normal cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the second. For the game, the center fielder went 2 for 4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI.
