| Sabercats Walk Off with 3-2 Win | The Sedona Sabercats finished things off in style today at The Lair at Sabercat Field.
The Sedona Sabercats stymied the Erie Seawolves, 3-2, at The Lair at Sabercat Field. Robert Barboza, who had a good day at the plate, was named player of the game. He went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs for Sedona. Sedona reliever Steve Tomasello picked up the win, bumping his record to 4-2. Jose Garza was collared with the loss.
Barboza had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the tenth. On a 1-2 fastball from Jose Garza, he banged a solo home run to right-center, giving the Sabercats a 3-2 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Barboza.
Barboza described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
The Sabercats now have a mark of 16-24.
