| Prescott Goes Wild, But Nutcrackers Win | The Paradise Island Pirates and Normal Nutcrackers provided some drama at Predator Park.
Paradise Island third baseman Jason Prescott had a good game, even if his team did not. The Pirates dropped a 7-6 decision to Normal at Predator Park. Prescott went 3 for 3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Normal has now won 5 straight.
Pablo Beltran's hit in the top of the ninth was a game-changer. With two out, he rapped a cutter from Justin Gray for a bases-clearing triple. It put Normal in front, 6-5.
"Our guys are never satisfied," said Normal manager Richard Lawson.
