The The Stinging Larvae beat the Wichita Storm, 13-9, at The Queen. The Larvae got a fine performance from second baseman Steve Carver, who captured player of the game honors. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. Mike Andler got the win, improving to 1-2.
