| Storm Lose, 6-3, at The Thunderdome | The St. Paul Grognards topped the Wichita Storm, 6-3, in Cecil Fielder League action at The Thunderdome. The player of the game was St. Paul pitcher and Mendota Heights, Minnesota native Ernie Cook. Picking up the save was Pat Baer, his 1st. The Grognards keep rolling, raising their record to 5-3.
Armando Rivera aided the St. Paul cause with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the eighth. For the game, the designated hitter went 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.
