| Bomberos Win at Tunica, 1-0 | El Paso starter Sergio Reyes had a strong outing against the Tunica Diamonds at Clam Jammer Dome. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 1-0 win. Oscar Nunez was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 11 of 12 save opportunities. El Paso is now 28-40, while Tunica is 23-45.
The Bomberos got a big at-bat from first baseman Jordan Amaya. For the game, Amaya went 2-4 with 2 singles. In the top of the sixth, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 66th hit of the season gave El Paso a 1-0 lead.
"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Reyes said.
