| Diamonds Win Thriller, 4-3 | Tunica third baseman Cale Lane had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Kyoto Strong Style, 4-3. Tunica reliever Andres Castaneda picked up the win, upping his record to 2-2. Devin Johnson took the loss. Even with the win, the Diamonds have a dismal 19-40 record.
Jorge Talavera had the critical at-bat for Tunica. With one out in the bottom of the ninth inning, he hit a sacrifice fly. It gave Tunica the 4-3 walk-off win.
"We were the better team today. Maybe that won't be the case next game, but we'll enjoy it for now," Talavera told the Tunica News.
