| KO Bang Out 7-5 Win Versus El Paso | Despite a great performance by El Paso third baseman Jefferson Davis Hogg, the Long Beach KO defeated the Bomberos by the score of 7-5 at The Back Draft. Hogg was 2-3 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The save was credited to Takeya Endo, his 3rd. The KO move to 19-35 with the win, while the Bomberos drop to 21-33.
Cody Wallace, who is tied for 9th in the RR in stolen bases with 8, aided the Long Beach cause with a run-scoring walk in the top of the fourth. For the game, the second baseman drew 3 walks in 5 trips to the plate. He scored 2 times.
"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Wallace said.
