| Scorpions, Taylor Blast Bomberos | Getting a good performance from right fielder Nick Taylor, the Scottsdale Scorpions defeated the El Paso Bomberos, 12-0. Taylor went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4 for the Scorpions. The win was credited to Jesse Weller in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Griffin Haskamp took the loss. The 5th-place Scorpions have won 5 in a row.
