| Rockhounds Get Road Win, 5-2 | Rockhounds center fielder Hector Lopez put his stamp on his team's 5-2 win over the Quebec Armada. Lopez was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for Midland in the contest. Reliever Kunikazu Lookingbill picked up the win. His record improves to 2-0. Xavier Maya took the loss. Quebec has now lost 8 in a row.
The game turned with one out in the top of the fourth when Lopez, who is tied for 7th in the TML in triples with 6, hit a 2-run home run. It propelled the Rockhounds into the lead, 2-0.
