| Revenge Win Streak Reaches 17 | Fans who came to The Drunken Wench Stadium watched the Barbados Revenge and the Rockville Rangers fight to the finish.
The Barbados Revenge scored a 2-1 win versus the Rockville Rangers at The Drunken Wench Stadium. Barbados pitcher Arturo Tejeda nabbed top player honors in the tight contest. Tejeda, now 5-0, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 1 hit, while striking out 3, walking 0, and allowing 1 earned run. The save was Carlos Flores's, his 12th.
The Revenge got a big at-bat from designated hitter Phil Sweeney. For the game, Sweeney went 1-3. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the second, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run single. His 26th hit of the season gave Barbados a 2-0 lead.
