| Titus drives in 5 runs, Fighting Iguanas Move to 16-9 | In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.
With left fielder Pat Titus leading the charge, the Boca Raton Fighting Iguanas defeated the Brooklyn Cyclones, 11-5, at Vin Scully Park. Titus, who is tied for 3rd in the RR in triples with 2, went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5. The Fighting Iguanas bumped their record to 16-9 with this latest triumph.
Titus had a game-changing double in the top of the sixth. On a 1-2 slider from Omar Sanchez, he banged a 2-run double to right-center, giving the Fighting Iguanas a 7-5 lead. It was the 6th double of the year for Titus.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Titus said after the game.
