| Phesants Win at Boca Raton, 3-2 | Aberdeen beat Boca Raton at Scripps Field, eking out a 3-2 win. The win was due in large part to pitcher Jesse Ritzer, who earned player of the game honors. Ritzer got the win, improving to 1-3. He allowed 7 hits and walked 3 over 8 innings. Ritzer allowed 2 earned runs. Moises Casillas recorded the save for Aberdeen, his 6th of the season.
The Phesants got a big at-bat from second baseman Santos Masso. For the game, Masso went 1-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the second, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 1st double of the season gave Aberdeen a 2-0 lead.
