| Princes Win to Extend Series Lead to 2-0 | The bats were silent for much of the day at Philip Banks Field today. But Bel Air center fielder Kenny Disbennett conjured up just enough offense to carry the Princes past the Kingwood Knights, 2-0. In a game dominated by the pitching staffs, Disbennett was 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once to earn player of the game honors. The Princes now lead 2-0 in the best-of-7 series.
Disbennett delivered in the bottom of the second inning for Bel Air. With the game tied and a runner on 3rd, the center fielder hit a 2-run home run to right-center.
"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Disbennett.
Game 3 is scheduled for Wednesday in Houston. The scheduled starters for the game are J.D. Lindsey for the Bel Air Princes and Tsutomu Mori for the the Kingwood Knights.
