Havana starter Caiden Greenshield put a stranglehold on the Las Vegas offense. The right-hander had complete command of his fastball in leading the Stogies to a 4-1 win. Mudasser Sabzvari converted his 19th save in 21 tries. Havana improves to 58-28 with the win. They lead their division by 15½ games.

The Stogies got a big at-bat from shortstop Hernando De Soto. For the game, De Soto went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Havana a 2-1 lead.

Greenshield called the win "a collective effort."
