| Panthers Stymie Kearny High, Take 4-1 Win | It was a fun time at Batfish Ballpark, where the Kearny High Cardinals and Pitman High Panthers tangled.
The Pitman High Panthers defeated the Kearny High Cardinals, 4-1, in Hank Aaron League action at Batfish Ballpark, with Pitman High pitcher John Keeton named player of the game. Derrick Daly converted his 4th save in 6 tries.
The Panthers got a big at-bat from designated hitter Jason Williams. For the game, Williams was 1-4 with a double. He drove in 3 runs. In the bottom of the second, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 8th double of the season gave Pitman High a 3-1 lead.
