| Islanders Score Late to Upend Mustangs, 8-5 | The Grand Island Islanders extended their winning streak at Ballpark of Morelia HS.
Steve Kral made an impact in the 8-5 Grand Island win over San Marin. Kral went 2-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Dan Stamper, credited with the win, is now 8-2. He allowed 5 runs on 7 hits in 8 innings. Ricky Ortega converted his 12th save in 14 tries.
