Graham 4-4, Patriots Move to 37-17

Craig Graham was the difference-maker for the George Washington Patriots in what turned into a shootout with the Tioga Central Tigers. Graham earned the player of the game award after going 4-for-4 in the 16-10 Patriots win. The winner was Justin Pardue in relief. His record improves to 4-0. Kurt Tyler took the loss. The Patriots have an impressive 37-17 record.

Gilbert Watkins, who is the 3rd-best prospect in the Patriots organization, aided the George Washington cause with a bases-clearing triple in the top of the eighth. For the game, the left fielder went 3-6 with a triple and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 4.

Graham told a George Washington Chronicle reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
