2034 PFL Top Player Trophy Given to Matheny Wednesday, October 11th, 2034 The manager of the Long Beach KO said he thinks Mike Matheny is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 21, but it will be hard to top the first baseman's 2034 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the Prince Fielder League Most Valuable Player Award. His winning campaign featured a .381 batting average and a .461 on-base percentage this year. In 70 games he piled up 106 hits, 11 doubles, 1 triple, 42 home runs, 105 RBIs and 59 runs scored. Victor Huaracha of the Caribbean Commies finished second in voting, while Brian Martin of the Long Beach KO finished third. |
