Minor Gets PFL #1 Pitcher Trophy Friday, September 1st, 2034 There's something about a young rookie winning the Prince Fielder League Pitcher of the Month trophy that sends shock waves through the league. Such is the case with Danny Minor, a 21-year-old starter for the El Paso Bomberos. In August, he topped off the month with a 6-0 mark and 4.37 ERA in 0 starts, tossed 47.1 innings, fanned 55 and held opposing teams to a .233 average. On the year Minor has worked 80.2 innings with 88 strikeouts en route to a 8-4 record and 5.02 ERA. |
