Larvae Mehlin Out Rest Of Season Monday, August 14th, 2034 The doctors have spoken and Craig Mehlin of the The Stinging Larvae didn't like what he heard. The 21-year-old closer is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Mehlin sustained his season-ending injury during the Paradise Island Pirates game yesterday at Predator Park. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the The Stinging medical staff reported Mehlin had a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 10 months. |
