Relief Ace Cops #1 Pitcher Award in July Tuesday, August 1st, 2034 When Wichita reliever Tony de la Cruz strolled in from the bullpen in July, it did not bode well for the opposing team. He usually put a quick end to any budding rally. For his excellent mound work he was named the Cecil Fielder League Pitcher of the Month.
