Las Cruces Blanks Tunica Behind Pena Wednesday, July 26th, 2034 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Tunica Diamonds as starter Eddie Pena shut out the Tunica Diamonds 7-0 at Clam Jammer Dome. The Las Cruces pitcher struck out 2 and walked 3 while allowing 5 hits. "Pena was good but he wasn't flawless," Tunica manager Kiyomori Shimizu said later. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Las Cruces, but this is on us."
