Cline Mystifies Lumber Wednesday, March 2nd, 2033 The Stinging Larvae hurler Tom Cline was stingy with runs in his latest outing against the Lumber Kings, shutting them out 3-0 on 5 hits. "Tom was very aggressive tonight," The Stinging manager Yataro Hamada said. "He threw everything he had with a lot of confidence." Through 9 innings, Cline tallied 8 strikeouts and allowed no walks. "He was throwing strikes with all his pitches and mixing it up well," losing manager Carlos Lora said. "Cline has a sneaky fastball, and whatever that off-speed pitch was, it was keeping our timing off." To this point in the season Cline has 2 wins and 6 losses and a 5.91 ERA.
