Gonzales Wins PFL Player of the Week Honors Monday, February 28th, 2033 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Prince Fielder League, but last week Fernando Gonzales of the Caribbean Commies reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Gonzales rocked opposing pitching for a .550 average (11-for-20), 1 home run and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. For the season Gonzales has hit .250 with 1 home run and 11 RBIs. He has played in 36 games and scored 12 times. |
