Larvae Stop Lee at 20 Friday, February 25th, 2033 It just wasn't Dong-woo Lee's day. The Sedona Sabercats took the 5-4 win today over the The Stinging Larvae, but the Larvae mound staff did what nobody else could -- they stopped the 20-game hitting streak of Sabercats shortstop Dong-woo Lee. "We might have focused a bit too much on stopping Lee," The Stinging manager Yataro Hamada commented afterward. "He had a nice hitting streak going, but the Sabercats have other hitters and they did their job today." Batting .431 to date, Lee has 2 home runs and 13 RBIs. |
