Pirates Satomi Takano Swings Hot Bat, CFL Winner Monday, February 7th, 2033 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Cecil Fielder League, but last week Satomi Takano of the Paradise Island Pirates reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Takano rocked opposing pitching for a .577 average (15-for-26), 3 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this year, Takano is batting .327 with 10 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
