CFL Outstanding Pitcher Award Given Thursday, April 29th, 2032 A reliever is at his best when the game is on the line. The pressure doesn't get to him. Stu Gale of the Rosewell Tribbles was just that kind of pitcher in 2032 and as a result he has been named the Cecil Fielder League Cy Young Award winner. Gale appeared in 33 games and converted 22 saves in 24 save opportunities. The Tribbles star had a 2-2 record with a 1.11 ERA. He also chalked up 51 strikeouts and walked 7 in 40.2 innings of work. Mike Tyson of the Panana City Bombers finished second in voting, while Hao Yuen of the St. Paul Grognards finished third. |
