Boca Raton Hurler Wins PFL Cy Young Award Thursday, April 29th, 2032 The Cy Young Award for 2032 has been presented and the Prince Fielder League winner is Eddy Johnston of Boca Raton. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Johnston. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Fighting Iguanas star told reporters. Johnston excelled with an impressive 9-0 record in 15 starts. In 96 innings he yielded 72 hits and 27 walks, while striking out 115 and compiling a fine 1.31 ERA. Jose Rodriguez of the Santa Barbara Suenos finished second in voting, while Sylvester Norwood of the Boca Raton Fighting Iguanas finished third. |
