PFL's Best Player, Stoner of Boca Raton Monday, March 15th, 2032 Prince Fielder League pitchers will attest that it was tough to get Dan Stoner of the Boca Raton Fighting Iguanas out last week. His all-around performance at the plate made him the league's most recent Player of the Week. The 21-year-old catcher boasted a .458 average with 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Stoner went 11-for-24 for the week. So far this season Stoner is hitting .288 with 13 home runs, 33 RBIs and 20 runs scored. He has 51 hits in 177 at-bats and a .340 OBP. |
