Alvarez Picks Up Best CFL Batter Honors for February Monday, March 1st, 2032 Luis Alvarez made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Cecil Fielder League this past month. The Rosewell Tribbles shortstop shined through the month of February and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old hit .385 with 11 home runs, 26 RBIs and 26 runs scored. Looking at his present stats, Alvarez has compiled a .360 batting average in 43 games with a .422 on-base percentage, while hitting 18 home runs and driving in 44 runs. |
