CFL Honors Sedona Left Fielder Monday, February 2nd, 2032 So far in his young career, Al Nichol has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Cecil Fielder League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Sedona Sabercats left fielder hit at a torrid .483 clip as he collected 14 hits in 29 at-bats, 6 home runs, 14 RBIs and 9 runs scored. In 20 games this year Nichol has posted a .342 average and put up these numbers: 15 home runs, 32 RBIs and 19 runs scored. |
