January's Top Hurler is Vega Sunday, February 1st, 2032 Over the past month Gilberto Vega has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Cecil Fielder League. He proved all that and now he's been named January's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the The Stinging Larvae posted 2-0 mark and a 0.84 ERA. In 4 starts he tossed 32 innings, permitted 18 hits and fanned 27 batters. |
