Great Week for Panana City's Steve Woods Monday, January 19th, 2032 19-year-old Steve Woods made a few Panana City headlines during this past week as the rookie center fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Cecil Fielder League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 12 hits in 22 at-bats to put up a .545 average. Woods collected 5 home runs, 14 RBIs and scored 8 runs. |
