Monday, June 19th, 2034
Fans of the Montreal Cardinals are hoping there are many more awards to come for their talented ace, Danny Gordon.

At the age of only 15, the star pitcher has been named the Pete Rose League Most Valuable Player Award winner for 2034.

"We knew Gordon was a special player, but I don't think anyone expected him to get this good, this fast," the Montreal manager said.

Gordon's dominant season saw him throw 92.1 innings, with a 2.05 ERA and .237 opponent's batting average. He had a record of 9-1 through 15 starts and compiled a 3.8 WAR along the way.

Paul Beloin of the Billings West Golden Bears finished second in voting, while Sean McCarthy of the Tioga Central Tigers finished third.
