Barnes Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Thursday, May 11th, 2034 Ryan Barnes extended his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games today in the Pleasantville 10-7 triumph over the Jefferson Indians. The 18-year-old Panthers left fielder collected 2 hits in 5 at-bats. "Of course it's going to end," he said. "I'm just enjoying it until then." Ryan Barnes grounded out in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th.
