Tigers Travis Parker Down and Out for Year

Travis Parker has to call it a season. The Tioga Central Tigers reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Francis Lewis Patriots and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Parker was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn labrum and stated that he would not be able to play for 4 months.
His stats sheet for the year shows Parker has managed to hold opponents to a .349 average in 7 relief appearances, while putting up 0-0 record with 12 strikeouts and 7 walks in 10.2 innings. He has a 7.59 ERA with no saves.
