Panthers End Richey's Streak Monday, April 3rd, 2034 Gabe Richey's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 20 games today as the Tioga Central Tigers dropped their contest with the Derby Panthers 5-4 at Alleycats Ballpark. Richey failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-3. After the game Richey spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. Posting a .452 batting average to date, Richey has 12 home runs and 34 RBIs. |
