PRL Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, March 27th, 2034 So far in his young career, Brian Griffith has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Pete Rose League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 18-year-old Canby Lancers second baseman hit at a torrid .483 clip as he collected 14 hits in 29 at-bats, 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 11 runs scored. Griffith is batting .420 this year with 4 home runs, 19 RBIs and 25 runs scored. He has 34 hits in 81 at-bats. |
