Keddy on Fire: 5-for-7 for Canby Sunday, March 26th, 2034 Canby center fielder Frank Keddy could do no wrong in today's 28-6 win over the Jaguars as he collected 5 hits. "Things were in his favor in every one of his at-bats," Jaguars skipper Jeromy Hager said to the press corps after the game. "He got hitters' counts." Keddy agreed, saying that getting ahead early in the counts was "the key" to his game. "Once you get ahead, it makes it a lot easier because you get a better pitch to hit," he said. "You know the pitcher has to come in with it. And you're ready." Frank Keddy grounded out in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, hit a two-run single in the 3rd, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit a three-run home run off Kyle Bjork in the 9th.
