Star of the Week Picked in HAL Monday, March 13th, 2034 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Hank Aaron League, but last week Kevin McCarthy of the Grand Island Islanders reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. McCarthy rocked opposing pitching for a .464 average (13-for-28), 2 home runs and 12 RBIs to come away with the award. |
